Celigo Shopify NetSuite Integration App: Cost, Flow Limits and Alternatives
If you run Shopify on NetSuite, Celigo's Shopify NetSuite integration app is probably on your shortlist. It is one of the best-known options in the NetSuite ecosystem. Before you sign an annual order form, it helps to know exactly what the listed editions include, what an endpoint and a flow are, and how fast a growing store uses them up.
This is a buyer-side review written by a team that sells a competing connector, so we stick to what Celigo publishes. Prices and limits below come from the "NetSuite Integration by Celigo" listing on the Shopify App Store and Celigo's own documentation, checked October 14, 2026. If you only need the short version of our product, the NetSuite Shopify integration page has plans from $99/mo.
What Is the Celigo Shopify NetSuite Integration App?
It is a prebuilt integration app that runs on integrator.io, Celigo's iPaaS. On the NetSuite side, Celigo's documentation describes installing the integrator.io SuiteApp and connecting with token-based authentication. On the Shopify side, you install the app from the Shopify App Store, where the listing went live on January 4, 2023.
According to the listing, the app includes more than 20 prebuilt workflows. It syncs customers, items, orders, cancellations, refunds, returns, and B2B data; updates inventory from warehouses, including assembly and kit items; syncs products, images, and attributes, including matrix items; and connects multiple Shopify stores to one NetSuite account with settings you can clone. The listing also says AI-driven error handling resolves most errors automatically, with a dashboard for the rest.
What the Celigo Shopify NetSuite Integration Costs
Celigo does not publish a general price list, but its Shopify App Store listing does show editions. As of October 14, 2026:
| Edition | Listed price | Endpoints | Flows | Support |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free trial | $0 for 30 days | Full access | Full access | Licensed through Celigo Sales |
| Starting Package | $7,800 per year (about $650/mo) | 2, more available for purchase | 10, more available for purchase | Essential Support, not 24/7 |
| Standard Edition | $18,900 per year (about $1,575/mo) | 3, more available for a fee | 20, more available for purchase | 24/7 Essential Support |
Both editions include unlimited users and data volume, the error-handling dashboard, and access to Celigo University and the community. The listing notes that Celigo may bill some charges separately from your Shopify invoice. The listing does not include implementation. Your team or a Celigo partner configures the flows, and partner time is billed separately. Our Celigo pricing breakdown covers implementation and renewal costs in more depth.
Endpoint and Flow Limits, Explained
Celigo editions are sized by endpoints and flows, so these two numbers decide which edition you need.
An endpoint is an application you connect. NetSuite is one. Your Shopify store is another. That is why the Starting Package includes 2: one NetSuite plus one store.
A flow is one movement of data in one direction. A typical Shopify to NetSuite setup needs a flow for each of these: orders into NetSuite, customers into NetSuite, inventory out to Shopify, fulfillments out to Shopify, refunds, cancellations, and often products and pricing. That is six to eight flows for a single store before anything custom.
Here is what that means in practice:
| Your setup | Likely edition | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One Shopify store, standard flows | Starting Package | 2 endpoints and 10 flows usually cover one store |
| One store plus a 3PL or a marketplace | Standard Edition or add-ons | The third app needs a third endpoint and its own flows |
| Two or more Shopify stores | Ask Celigo how stores are counted | Each store adds its own set of flows, and may count as an endpoint |
| Custom flows (saved searches, custom records) | Count them against your flow cap | Every custom flow uses one of your 10 or 20 |
Ask Celigo in writing how a second Shopify store is counted, what an extra endpoint and an extra flow cost, and what the renewal price will be. Those three answers decide your year-two bill.
Where Celigo's Shopify App Is Strong
Breadth. If NetSuite also has to talk to Salesforce, a 3PL, Amazon, and an EDI provider, Celigo puts all of it on one platform with one error dashboard. Unlimited data volume. The listed editions do not cap order count, which matters for very high-volume stores. Item depth. The listing covers kits, assemblies, and matrix items. Ecosystem. Celigo has an established NetSuite partner network, so outside help is available.

Where It Can Be More Than You Need
Annual commitment. Both listed editions are priced per year. Caps that grow with you. Endpoint and flow limits mean a second store, a 3PL, or a handful of custom flows can push you into the next edition. Setup effort. A prebuilt app still has to be configured for your subsidiaries, locations, payment methods, and custom fields, by your team or a paid partner. Platform overhead. If the only job is Shopify to NetSuite, you are paying for an iPaaS you will not otherwise use.

| Other iPaaS (Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft) | Quote-based | Integration engineers or a partner | Large enterprise integration estates |
| Custom build | Quoted per project | Developers | Workflows no product supports |
Oracle NetSuite Connector. Oracle's own connector, formerly FarApp, lists four Shopify plans: B2C Standard at $199.92/mo, B2C Premium and POS at $249.92/mo, and B2B at $916.58/mo. It also covers Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. See Dominate vs Oracle NetSuite Connector.

Orders sync the moment they are placed. There is no setup fee and no per-order fee. Unlike Celigo, Dominate plans cap monthly orders, so size the plan to your peak month.
Other iPaaS. Boomi and similar platforms suit large multi-system estates. Our Celigo vs Boomi comparison covers how the two differ for NetSuite.
Year-One Cost: Celigo vs a Connector
Using listed prices only: Celigo's Starting Package is $7,800 a year before implementation. Oracle's Shopify B2C Standard plan is $199.92 a month, about $2,400 a year. Dominate Pro is $249 a month, or $2,490 a year billed annually, with self-serve setup included. Add partner hours to any option that needs them. For a three-year view, the Dominate vs Celigo comparison puts the numbers side by side.
How to Decide
Count your systems. If NetSuite connects to five or more applications and you have an integration owner, Celigo's breadth is worth paying for. If the job is one or two Shopify stores and NetSuite, start with a connector built for that job and compare plans on the integration pricing page. Either way, get the endpoint, flow, and renewal terms in writing before you sign.
