NetSuite HubSpot Integration

For Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopify & BigCommerce stores

Your reps work in HubSpot. Your orders live in your store and NetSuite. Dominate puts every buyer and every order in front of your sales team as contacts and deals, from the same connector that already runs your NetSuite sync. No CSV exports, no second extension.

The problem

Stop selling to customers your CRM has never heard of.

A B2B store on Magento or Shopify Plus takes 800 orders a month. Sales sees maybe 40 of them, the ones a rep happened to touch. The other 760 buyers exist in the store and in NetSuite, and nowhere in HubSpot. So marketing sends a first-purchase offer to a customer on their fourth order, and a rep calls a company whose last invoice is 60 days overdue.

What syncs

Every buyer, every order, in HubSpot.

The same customer, order, shipment, and refund events Dominate already routes to NetSuite, delivered to HubSpot as contacts and deals.

ContactsStore → HubSpot

Every registered customer, matched on email, created and updated in real time

Guest buyersStore → HubSpot

Guests become contacts from their order, deduplicated so one email is one contact

Orders as DealsStore → HubSpot

Each order creates a deal linked to its contact with value, close date, pipeline, and stage

ShipmentsStore → HubSpot

Fulfillment moves the deal to the stage you map, no manual pipeline updates

RefundsStore → HubSpot

Refund activity updates the same deal, never creates a duplicate

Newsletter consentStore → HubSpot

Subscribe and unsubscribe set the contact's subscription type with a recorded legal basis

Historical importStore → HubSpot

Backfill past customers, orders, and subscribers for the time window you choose

How it works

Three steps. HubSpot populated the same day.

01

Connect

Paste your HubSpot private app token into the Dominate dashboard. If Dominate already runs your NetSuite sync, there is nothing new to install on your store.

Minutes

02

Map

Pick the deal pipeline and stages from your own portal, choose the subscription type for consent, and map store fields to HubSpot properties.

Your pace

03

Backfill and go live

Import your order history so HubSpot is not empty on day one, then switch on real-time sync. Every sync is logged with one-click retry.

Same day

One connection, many destinations

Stop paying for a separate connector per system.

Your store runs one Dominate extension holding one API key. The first integration you create owns that connection. HubSpot, Klaviyo, and NetSuite are added as destinations that inherit it, each with its own field mapping, sync status, retry schedule, and reporting. A failed HubSpot sync never touches your NetSuite orders.

  • One extension on the store, no HubSpot-specific code installed
  • Per-destination status and one-click retry in the dashboard
  • Deal IDs stored against each order so retries never duplicate
  • Encrypted credentials, connection test before go-live

How the options compare

Weekly CSV export

Free, plus a person's Monday

Always a week stale. Guests and consent never make it.

HubSpot's native NetSuite app

Operations Hub Professional, $800/mo

Syncs NetSuite records. Your store's guest buyers, consent, and shipments are not in scope.

Celigo HubSpot to NetSuite template

$1,500 to $3,500/mo plus implementation

Enterprise iPaaS pricing for a data flow you already have.

Dominate

Transparent monthly pricing, no per-transaction fees

Store data you already sync, routed to HubSpot. Deals, guests, consent, backfill included.

Use cases

Built for stores with a sales team

B2B brands selling on Magento or Adobe Commerce

Your reps work deals in HubSpot while wholesale orders land in Magento and NetSuite. Today nobody in HubSpot can see what a customer actually bought. With every order arriving as a deal on the contact, reps see purchase history before they pick up the phone.

Shopify Plus stores with an outbound sales team

Marketing runs HubSpot sequences to customers who already ordered last week, because the order never reached the CRM. Real-time contact and deal sync ends the awkward follow-up.

Stores replacing a weekly CSV export

Someone exports customers from the store every Monday and imports them into HubSpot. The list is always a week stale and the import breaks every few months. Sync replaces the ritual.

Teams that tried HubSpot's native NetSuite app

HubSpot's own NetSuite integration requires Operations Hub Professional at $800 a month and syncs NetSuite records, not your storefront's guest buyers, consent, and fulfillment. Dominate starts from the store data you already sync.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Which stores can use the NetSuite HubSpot integration?

Any Magento, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or BigCommerce store running the Dominate connector. If Dominate already handles your NetSuite sync, HubSpot is added as a destination on the same connection with nothing new to install. Get started and we will confirm your store's fit and map your pipeline and stages.

Do I need to install a HubSpot extension on my store?

No. HubSpot publishes no Magento extension, and you do not need a third-party one. The single Dominate connector extension sends your store data to the Dominate platform, and the platform routes it to HubSpot. Klaviyo, NetSuite, and future destinations share that same connection.

Do orders become HubSpot deals or custom objects?

Deals. Custom objects require HubSpot Enterprise, so we create a deal for every order, associate it to the buyer's contact, and set pipeline and stage from your mapping. That keeps the integration available on every HubSpot tier.

Will syncing contacts increase my HubSpot bill?

Not unless you want it to. Contacts are created as non-marketing contacts by default. Making them marketing contacts is an explicit toggle, because that is what HubSpot bills on.

Can I import my order history into HubSpot?

Yes. You choose the time window and Dominate backfills customers, orders as deals, and newsletter subscribers with their original dates. HubSpot creates deals one at a time, so a store with 50,000 orders of history should expect roughly 45 minutes of API time, paced against your portal's daily allowance.

Does HubSpot data sync back into my store or NetSuite?

Not in the first release. Pushing HubSpot edits back into a store or ERP needs loop protection and conflict rules. Tell us if bidirectional sync matters to you, it shapes what we build next.

Will NetSuite-side data like payment terms or credit limits appear in HubSpot?

That is on the roadmap. The first release syncs your store's contacts, orders, shipments, refunds, and consent. Because Dominate also runs your NetSuite sync, the two systems already share one source of order truth, and ERP-side fields are the natural next step. Tell us what you need when you get started.

Every week without this, your reps call customers blind.

Tell us about your store and we will confirm the fit, map your pipeline and stages, and get your HubSpot sync live. Self-serve setup, transparent pricing.
