Two NetSuite connectors. Two different jobs.
Both move orders into NetSuite and stock back out. The difference is what else they cover, how you buy them, and who does the setup.
Oracle NetSuite Connector
Oracle describes NetSuite Connector, formerly known as FarApp, as point integration solutions for ecommerce, logistics, and point-of-sale providers. You install a SuiteApp in NetSuite, then turn each sync on in the NetSuite Connector dashboard. Its biggest strength is breadth across channels: the same product connects storefronts, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify POS, and ShipStation. Pricing is set per channel, and only some channel prices are listed publicly.
Dominate
Dominate is a hosted NetSuite eCommerce connector for storefront platforms only. You connect NetSuite with token-based authentication, connect your store's API, map fields in a visual editor, and start syncing. Orders sync the moment they are placed, inventory and prices flow back from NetSuite, and every sync is logged in a live dashboard with one-click retry. Three published plans: $99, $249, and $699 per month.

Pick the connector that matches your channels.
Neither tool is right for everyone. Here is where each one wins.
Choose Dominate if:
- ✓Your orders come from your own storefronts, not marketplaces
- ✓You run Adobe Commerce Cloud, or Magento 2 with multi-store views and MSI sources
- ✓You run BigCommerce Multi-Storefront and need each storefront routed to the right subsidiary
- ✓You want one published price list and a same-day, self-serve setup
- ✓You need conditional field mapping without writing SuiteScript
Choose NetSuite Connector if:
- •Amazon, eBay, or Walmart drive a large share of your orders
- •You need Shopify POS or ShipStation in the same connector
- •You prefer to buy every NetSuite add-on directly from Oracle
- •Your NetSuite partner already supports it and will own the configuration
Stop waiting weeks for your first synced order.
Both connectors need NetSuite access and clean SKUs. The steps after that are where they differ.

What the difference looks like on your platform
Shopify. Oracle's Shopify listing has the most detail of any channel: four plans from $199.92 to $916.58 a month, with real-time order sync as an option or included depending on the plan. Dominate's NetSuite Shopify integration syncs orders on a webhook on every plan, starting at $99/mo.
Magento 2. Oracle lists Magento 2 support but no public price. The Dominate NetSuite Magento integration connects through Magento's REST API, maps store views to subsidiaries, and maps MSI sources to NetSuite locations on Pro.
Adobe Commerce. Oracle's supported list names Magento 2 rather than Adobe Commerce Cloud, so ask Oracle about your edition. The NetSuite Adobe Commerce integration from Dominate covers multi-website routing and custom attribute mapping.
BigCommerce. Oracle's BigCommerce listing shows $2,000 upfront plus $83.23/mo and says the app may not be fully compatible with multi-storefront. The NetSuite BigCommerce connector from Dominate maps each storefront to a NetSuite subsidiary or location on Enterprise.
WooCommerce. Both support it. Dominate's NetSuite WooCommerce integration uses the WooCommerce REST API with no extra WordPress plugin.

Dominate vs NetSuite Connector questions
Is Oracle NetSuite Connector the same as FarApp?
Yes. Oracle's NetSuite help center describes NetSuite Connector as "formerly known as FarApp." The connector dashboard still runs at app.farapp.com, so you will see both names in documentation and in your account.
How much does Oracle NetSuite Connector cost?
It depends on the channel. As of October 2026, Oracle's Shopify App Store listing shows plans from $199.92/mo (B2C Standard) to $916.58/mo (B2B), and its BigCommerce App Marketplace listing shows $2,000 upfront plus $83.23/mo. Prices for Magento 2, WooCommerce, and marketplace connectors are not listed publicly. Dominate publishes three plans: $99, $249, and $699 per month.
Which platforms does NetSuite Connector support?
Oracle lists Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, BigCommerce, eBay, Magento 2, ShipStation, Shopify, Shopify POS, Walmart, and WooCommerce. Dominate covers storefronts only: Shopify, Magento, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce.
Does Dominate connect Amazon, eBay, or Walmart to NetSuite?
No. Dominate is built for storefront platforms. If marketplaces are a large share of your orders, Oracle's NetSuite Connector or an iPaaS covers them and Dominate does not.
Can I use NetSuite Connector and Dominate together?
Yes, as long as each channel is synced by only one tool. A common split is NetSuite Connector for marketplace orders and Dominate for the storefront. Running two connectors on the same store creates duplicate sales orders, so turn off that store's syncs in the NetSuite Connector dashboard before you go live on Dominate.
How long does it take to switch from NetSuite Connector to Dominate?
Most stores connect, map fields, and test in a day. Run Dominate in parallel on test orders, compare results in NetSuite, then disable the old syncs and switch. Dominate writes an external ID on every record, so a retried order never creates a duplicate sales order.
